Come see us at our Twin Cities locations!

Bryant Lake Park is a beautiful outdoor Stroller Strides location. Conveniently located between I-494 and Hwy 62/212, this park offers a playground, beach area, picnic pavilion, and beautiful shady walking trails.
When you enter the park, follow signs for the play area. This will lead you to a parking lot with a large building; we will meet in front of that building by the picnic tables. more

Centennial Lakes Park is a quiet, scenic park in Edina, and a perfect backdrop for early morning Body Back Transformation classes. We work out on a lovely paved path that winds around a lake, through trees, and against an urban backdrop. It will surely keep you motivated through the Body Back high intensity workout!

Saturday morning run club meets at the Lake Harriet Bandshell. Nothing beats running with friends on a Minneapolis Saturday morning in the sunshine by the lakeside! After your run, there are plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants, so you can be sure to get your after-run treat!

Linden Hills Park is ideal for Stroller Strides and Body Back classes - it's close to Lake Harriet, plenty of green space for us to work out in, an outstanding and well-attended playground for the kiddos to play in afterward, and only a short walk to coffee, kid-friendly shopping, and some cute restaurants.

We will meet in the grassy area on the west side of the park building. more

Just a block south of Hwy 62 on Portland Ave, Veterans Memorial Park is something of an undiscovered gem and an ideal setting for our Stroller Strides classes. Veterans boasts wetlands, wooded walking trails, playing fields, and a really great multi-age playground. Mini golf is also available at this location. New for summer 2017, Veterans will be our location for Saturday Stroller Strides. Come get your workout in and then shop at the Farmers Market afterwards!

We will meet at the Pavillion just off of Portland Avenue and E 64th Street.

The Eden Prairie Center is a very quiet locale, perfect for our cold and rainy weather Stroller Strides classes. The Eden Prairie Center offers a lot of great stores for families and kids, a play area, an attached Target, and a Barnes and Noble with an 11 am story time every Tuesday. We meet on the first floor just inside the mall entrance by the JC Penney.

What could be more Minnesotan than a Stroller Strides class at the Mall of America? You'll have a blast at our MOA classes: the facility is big and bright and there is a ton for the kiddos to look at. After class, check out the Nickelodeon Universe or the Sea Life Aquarium. Plus, every Tuesday, the mall throws a Toddler Tuesday event!

We will meet in front of the American Girl store on the first floor. Since the Mall of America is much bigger than many of our other events, make sure to allow yourself a few extra minutes to park so you can be ready to sweat at 9:30 am sharp!

The oldest enclosed mall in the country - but after a massive renovation, you sure wouldn't know it! Southdale Mall is a good-sized mall with plenty of space for cold weather Stroller Strides classes. There is a great play area for the little ones for after class, and we often stop for coffee and let the kiddos romp for a while after we're done working out.

We meet over by the play area in front of JCPenney on the ground floor. There are two family restrooms with changing tables and a toddler friendly play area at this entrance.

Hale Elementary is conveniently located just minutes from Lake Nokomis, and is the home to our evening cold weather Stroller Strides classes!
Stay after class on Thursdays for a bedtime story for your little one before you head home! more
