Body Back Transformation
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? In our Body Back® Transformation session, you will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. This November and December, we're bringing to you two mini Body Back Transformation sessions. Sign up for one or both to get in gear for the holiday season and get the New Year started out right!
What: TWO mini Body Back Transformation session designed to keep mamas on track during the busy holiday season! We get it mamas (because we are also mamas!): the holidays are a tough time to practice any type of self-care. We also know how important it is TO practice that self-care and how it makes all aspects of your life better! Our November and December mini sessions will give you that extra boost for a shorter 4 week commitment to stay on track. Join one or both! You can do anything for 28 days, right mamas?!
Dates: Nov 5th - Dec 1st and Dec 3rd - Dec 31st with a special end of session/year workout! Stay tuned!
What you get with a mini session:
- Up to FIVE high intensity interval training classes per week
- Access to our At Home Workouts - private Facebook Group. Your instructors have been compiling weekly LIVE workouts to be done at home since July.
- DIGITAL access to the Body Back Recipe Book and supplemental material. *Printed copies can be added on for $10.
- Private Facebook group with weekly challenges to keep you motivated and connected, weekly meal planning check-ins, daily instructors posts
- A coach assigned to you
- Weekly in class weigh ins
- Accountability to get through the holiday season!
