Body Back® classes are 40 minutes of high intensity interval training along with a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down and meditation designed to help you meet your fitness goals. This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Body Back classes are not appropriate for pregnant moms and you must be three months postpartum.more

Stroller Strides® is our signature "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™" total fitness program, combining cardio, strength, ab work, and stretching that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment.
Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in prenatal and postnatal women, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Our instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.We look forward to seeing you on July 1st!more
