Had to share this picture of our kiddos having fun at the Southdale Center play area after class! We're SO MUCH MORE than just a fitness class - both mamas and kiddos get much needed socialization!

Come visit us at Linden Hills Park, Oberlin Park, and Veterans Park during the week - all three have great playgrounds for the kiddos to burn off that energy after class!
