Our FIT4MOM® Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Join us at every Thursday evening for speed/interval work and every Saturday morning for our endurance runs!

FIT4MOM Twin Cities' Run Club launches on Saturday, March 24th!

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Thursday Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Saturday Run Days designed to increase endurance. Both classes are led by our certified Run Club instructors that are there to help you meet your goals whether you have no running experience or dozens of races under your belt!

Meeting times:

Thursdays @ 6:00pm (speed work/interval training + strength and core)

Saturdays @ 8:15am (endurance training)

Our eight-week session will lead into the Twin Cities Orthopaedics' Women Run The Cities 5K, 10K, and 10 Mile Race on Sunday, May 20th. Join your fellow FIT4MOM Twin Cities Run Club team members at any of the three distances!
