All of FIT4MOM's fitness classes and wellness programs were created to provide Strength in Motherhood® from prenatal and beyond!
Run Club
Take your running to the next level with Run Club+®, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! We offer sessions year round.
Body Ignite
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way! This class is offered on Zoom for ease of transporting dumbbells.
Strides 360
Strides 360™ is a heart-pumping interval training workout that increases your endurance while developing speed, agility & quickness. This class is designed to be stroller friendly and a moms only workout.
Body Boost
Body Boost® is a mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this HIIT workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
FIT4BABY®
**OUR NEXT 8-WEEK SESSION BEGINS ON JUNE 30TH!**
FIT4BABY is an 8-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, modifications and progressions and ongoing community support. While the class is offered in sessions, it meets continuously.
Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
Body Well™
**OUR NEXT 6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS ON JULY 14TH!**
Body Well is our 6 or 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly workouts, accountability, recipes, challenges, and more. During your 8-week session you will have unlimited access to classes in addition to a coaching and nutrition component.
